☺️🦶Hi everyone,

I’ve put together a special reflexology package for you, designed to help you experience the full benefits of this gentle yet powerful treatment. Reflexology tends to be most effective when received regularly within a shorter time frame, so I recommend starting with weekly or fortnightly sessions over 4 to 6 weeks, followed by a maintenance routine tailored to your needs.

Reflexology is centred around restoring balance, harmony, and an overall sense of wellbeing within the body. At times, we can feel a little “out of sorts,” and this is often a sign that the body is seeking equilibrium to function at its best. Even a light reflexology treatment can support this process and encourage the body back into balance.

🦶💕🦶Delighted to announce that I’ll be opening the salon back up on Tuesdays (ToesDays!) for Reflexology sessions starting in May
🦶💕🦶I’ll still be offering Reflexology on the other days but it’s proving to be very popular so I want to make sure that I have enough availability for everyone,especially for those that are starting out on their weekly sessions

🫶Delighted to share that I’ve decided to extend the introduction offer of €50 to the month of April! I’m so happy that everyone so far who has come for a treatment has really enjoyed it and the majority have rebooked or are coming weekly and finding great benefits from it 🙏
🦶The most common benefit I’m seeing so far is improved sleeping patterns which in turn is giving increased energy boosts so clients are able to go about their day more efficiently, some clients are also saying they are feeling less anxious and more calm , some have found some of their ailments have lessened and most are being very good and are after increasing their water intake too 😄 😄 not always an easy one!!!
💕I am so delighted that I finally decided to go and study Reflexology , it’s just a fascinating therapy that I’m really enjoying actually doing and seeing and hearing the benefits from my clients 💕

🦶💚Super excited to be able to tell you all that I've just received my
Itec Diploma in Reflexology!!!

🦶💚Delighted that I'll be able to bring this amazing treatment to the Salon in March !!
It's been a treatment I've been interested in for a long time and 2025 seemed to be my year for getting my brain moving again and into learning mode!

🦶💚Thanks so much to my family,friends and my fabulous clients who lent me their fabulous feets to be my case studies and models🙏 It's been a tough 6 months but it's finally paid off!
