Reflexology works on the principle that every part of the body is connected to the soles of the feel ie reflex zones. Reflexology dates back to ancient Egypt and China. Reflexology is a complementary and holistic treatment, which works on the feet to assist in restoring homeostatis (balance) to the whole person not just the prevailing symptoms. I have a passion for women’s health and wellbeing. I support my clients from menstruation to menopause, with fertility issues and throughout pregnancy.

I’m now finished for the Christmas break 🎄
