Next block of classes commencing Tuesday 18th September 2018. Classes taught by a CORU registered and chartered physiotherapist. Block 5 classes take place in the Temperance Hall, Kinsale for 6 weeks. No change to the cost of 6 classes at €90:

New Class: Osteoporosis/Osteopenia Pilates at 5 – 6pm

Beginners level at 6.15 – 7.15pm

Beginners/Intermediate level at 7.30 – 8.30pm
