With more people travelling around the country, we're seeing increased traffic, including tourists who may be unfamiliar with Irish roads, as well as more motorcyclists, cyclists and pedestrians enjoying the warmer weather. Unfortunately for us, this also means more calls to road traffic incidents.

A little extra patience and awareness can make all the difference.

• Slow down and obey speed limits.
• Give cyclists and motorcyclists plenty of space.
• Watch out for pedestrians, especially in busy towns and tourist areas.
• Stay focused on the road and avoid distractions.
• Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

July call outs

Last week, our CFR group took part in a live training scenario with our coast guard crew, providing a valuable opportunity to strengthen operational skills, teamwork, and preparedness in a realistic environment.

We extend a big thanks to Robert and the team for organising and delivering such a professional and worthwhile training session. Their time and commitment are much appreciated! 👏
