Happy Friday an overdue Yoga update 🌞 As we find our way back to normality and face to face classes I want to let you all know that I will not be going back to my pre-covid scheduling. Emerging from lockdown over the last few months has made me realise, like many others, that I need to adjust my sails. I don’t have the words to convey how grateful I am to everyone who has joined me for yoga all I can say is thank you so much for trusting me with your yoga practice, it has been a huge honour. I am excited and scared about this change, this is not the end of Yogalife Limerick but the beginning of a new chapter. Happy Tuesday everyone! New course starts tomorrow, bringing you toward the easing of the restrictions - there is hope in the air again!

April yoga consists of the following Live classes:

This week : Wednesday @ 6.30 pm + Friday @ 9am
Next week: Monday @ 9.30am + Wednesday @ 6.30pm
Monday 19th April : Class @ 9.30am

There will be no live classes for the last week of April however you will have **free** access to all the pre-recorded content on YogAbhaile until the 30th of April (over 100 hours of yoga!).
