A beautiful warm welcome to ✨ Ruth Burke ✨ as she joins the Yoga Fest Ireland teacher team for 2026!

Ruth is the heart behind Gealach Grá Yoga, a serene and welcoming space in Cahir, Co. Tipperary. Her work is rooted in connection, healing, and creating gentle spaces where people can slow down and come home to themselves.

Through yoga, energy healing, conscious connected breathwork, somatic practices, women’s circles, and full moon gatherings, Ruth lovingly guides people into deeper connection with their bodies, their hearts, and their own inner wisdom.

Her spaces feel sacred, soft, and nurturing; an invitation to pause, breathe, release, and listen within. Ruth’s work honours the natural rhythms of the body, the moon, and the heart, creating a beautiful sense of grounding, reflection, and community ✨

At Yoga Fest, Ruth will be bringing her warm and soulful energy to the weekend, offering a practice that invites you to reconnect, soften, and return to yourself in a deeply nourishing way 💛

We are so honoured to welcome ✨ Oshikha Pandey ✨ to the Yoga Fest Ireland teacher team for 2026.

Oshikha is a Womb Wisdom guide, Breathwork Facilitator, and Conscious Conception Coach, carrying Indian lineage while living on Irish lands. Her work draws from Vedic tradition, ancestral healing, and the science of the nervous system, creating powerful spaces for women to reconnect with the sacred intelligence of their bodies.

Having supported over 500 women globally, Oshikha’s approach sits at the threshold of the ancient and the embodied; where lineage meets breath, where healing becomes felt, and where the womb remembers.

Her offering invites a return to the body as a place of wisdom, intuition, softness, and deep inner knowing. A space to listen, to remember, and to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that are often quietened in the noise of everyday life 💫

Introducing ✨ Holly De Burgh ✨ to the Yoga Fest Ireland teacher team for 2026!

Holly is a yoga teacher and facilitator whose work is rooted in movement as a way back to the body. With a background in Vinyasa, somatics, and intuitive movement, her classes weave together strength, release, curiosity, and exploration.

Her spaces invite people out of the head and into a more felt experience; less about perfect shapes, and more about presence, expression, and connection. Holly encourages students to move in a way that feels honest, freeing, and deeply connected to themselves.

At Yoga Fest, Holly will be bringing her powerful “Shake the Dust” practice, a dynamic and freeing session combining rhythm, breath, and full-body movement to shift energy and reconnect with yourself in a real, unfiltered way. Expect movement, release, and a whole lot of feeling 💫
