So proud to support this week as they highlight the impact that the COVID 19 pandemic has had on the mental health of all of us.. Research carried out across Europe found that 85.7% of parent reported changes to their children’s emotions and behaviours through this pandemic with most reporting difficulty concentrating, irritability, nervousness, loneliness and worries.. all of these are symptoms of anxiety and depression in children.. 💔Taking care of our mental health is so important, now more than ever.. I hope that you are all doing this week to support your mental health and the mental health of your children 🙂💛💫

Play therapy is a child lead way of working with children using creative mediums. It is suitable for children who are experiencing emotional or behavioural difficulties, family issues, bereavement or trauma.
