On Friday last Minister of State for Older Persons and Housing Kieran O'Donnell and our local TD and Minister for Mental Health Mary Butler visited St Carthage's House. This visit was to highlight the model of care St Carthage's House runs, Minister O'Donnell spoke to the board, management and staff asking lots of questions and also had a tour of the home. Minister O'Donnell was very complimentary and impressed with the care, facilities and efficiency of St Carthage's.
