A fun filled family day out planned for this Sunday in Knockanure in memory of Paddy Kennelly, raising funds for Kerry Hospice. Come along and enjoy the fun.

📝 Registration: 12 noon onwards
🏍️ Honda 50 Run: 1.30pm sharp
🚗🚛 Cars & Trucks: 2pm sharp
🚜 Tractor Run: 2pm sharp
👦🚜 Kids Tractor Run: 3.30pm in the village

Thank you to all our volunteers today who helped with the Sunflower day collection for Kerry Hospice. Thanks also to all the businesses who facilitated our collection and huge thanks to the public who gave so generously and raised a fantastic sum of €8,728. Well done to all.

The countdown is on to this huge challenge taking place on the 14th of june.This group are going to swim a half marathon and are raising funds for the Kerry Hospice is doing so.A huge thank to Cathal ,Ewan ,JJ,adam and Noah who are taking on this challenge.

Lovely to meet the great Miriam O Callaghan, Kerry Hospice patron, at the launch of Sunflower Days this morning in The Listowel Arms Hotel. Huge thanks to her for giving her time and support.

We held our official launch of Sunflower Days today, ahead of the event taking place around the county on the 12th of June.
A sincere thank you to the lovely Miriam O’Callaghan, who is also one of the Kerry Hospice patrons, for officially launching Sunflower Days here in Kerry for us. Miriam kindly took time out of her busy Writers’ Week schedule to be with us, and we are very grateful for her support.
Thank you also to everyone at the Listowel Arms Hotel, where we were able to gather and take some lovely photographs in such wonderful surroundings.

Wishing these lads all the best for their swim on 14th June. It’s a big undertaking but with all the practice they are putting in, they will get the job done. Please support them if you can.
