🚫 IMPORTANT NOTICE – NO CHILDREN ALLOWED 🚫
We need to address this again, as unfortunately our NO CHILDREN policy is still being ignored by some customers.
To be absolutely clear:
CHILDREN AND BABIES ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE OUR PREMISES.
This includes newborns, toddlers and older children.
There are NO exceptions for:
❌ “Just feeding the baby”
❌ “Just changing the baby”
❌ “We’ll only be a few minutes”
❌ One person tanning while someone else waits inside with the children
❌ Entering as a group and then bringing a child back inside afterwards
Our salon is not a nursery, childcare facility, playground or waiting area for children.
Please arrange childcare before visiting the salon. If you arrive with a child or baby, you will be asked to leave and return at another time.
We also need to make something else very clear:
Please DO NOT put our staff in an uncomfortable position by asking them to make an exception, and please DO NOT claim that Sandra or Radek has given you permission.
Our staff have been instructed to enforce this policy with EVERYONE, regardless of who you know or what may have been allowed in the past.
This rule is not up for negotiation and we will no longer accept excuses or exceptions.
We genuinely appreciate and respect our customers, but we also expect our business rules and our staff to be respected.
NO CHILDREN means NO CHILDREN.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
