If you have no experience, we can train you. We provide free PPE, free induction, and the back up of a community team and an office team where many staff have worked with us for over 10 years. Each month one person wins "Home Care Assistant of the Month" and receives a voucher for €100. We also recognise our long service staff with 5 and 10 years experience, each year, we choose a Home Care Assistant of the Year and Special Recognition Award.
