As we welcome the gentle energy of August and continue to soak up the warmth of summer, give yourself permission to slow down, pause, and simply be.

🌿 Self Care Soundbath
📍 Tree of Life, Malahide
🗓 Saturday 8th August
🕢 7.30pm – 9.00pm

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and settle into the peaceful surroundings of the beautiful Tree of Life. Wrapped in the soft glow of candlelight, you'll be invited to lie back, get comfortable, and allow your body and mind to completely unwind.

Throughout the evening you'll be immersed in a deeply restorative sound journey. Feel the rich, grounding vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls gently washing through the body, while delicate chimes shimmer through the air like a warm summer breeze. The pure frequencies of Solfeggio pipes encourage balance and harmony, the soothing sounds of the rainstick evoke the gentle rhythm of nature, and the heartbeat of the shamanic drum invites you to reconnect with yourself. Resonant gong vibrations create space for release and renewal, while therapeutic tuning forks offer subtle frequencies to calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation.

As the sounds ebb and flow around you, your body has the opportunity to soften, your breathing naturally slows, and your mind becomes quieter. This is your time to rest, restore, and replenish—an opportunity to nurture yourself as we embrace the gentle beginning of August.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you feel warm and comfortable, allowing you to fully surrender to the experience.

✨ A beautiful evening of self-care, stillness, and sound awaits.

I look forward to welcoming you.

As the warmth of July gently begins to fade and we prepare to welcome a new month, gift yourself the space to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be.

✨ Self Care Soundbath ✨
📍 Tree of Life, Malahide
🗓️ Thursday 30th July
🕢 7.30pm – 9.00pm

July has been full of sunshine, long evenings and busy days. Before stepping into August, allow yourself an evening devoted entirely to rest, restoration and self-care.

As you settle comfortably beneath a blanket in the peaceful candlelit space, you'll be guided on a deeply relaxing sound journey. Feel the rich, grounding tones of the Tibetan singing bowls gently wash through the body, while the soothing resonance of the monochord creates a continuous wave of calm. Delicate chimes shimmer through the room like a gentle summer breeze, Solfeggio pipes offer beautifully balanced healing frequencies, and the soft rhythm of the rainstick invites the mind to drift into stillness.

The heartbeat of the shamanic drum encourages you to reconnect with yourself, while the powerful vibrations of the gong help release tension and create space for deep rest. Finally, the gentle precision of tuning forks brings a sense of balance and harmony, supporting your nervous system as body and mind settle into a place of peace.

This is your invitation to pause, to nourish yourself, and to embrace a slower pace before August begins. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, grounded and deeply restored.

✨ Spaces are limited, so booking is essential.

Hormonal health is about more than hormones alone.

Our hormones are influenced by a complex relationship between the endocrine, nervous and reproductive systems. Everyday factors such as stress, sleep, emotional wellbeing and lifestyle can all affect this delicate balance.

Reflexology is increasingly being used as a complementary therapy to support people experiencing hormonal changes throughout different stages of life, including menstrual health, perimenopause and menopause.

Every treatment is tailored to the individual, recognising that no two experiences of hormonal change are the same.

As research continues to evolve, reflexologists remain committed to providing safe, evidence-informed, person-centred care within their professional scope of practice.

Why Do People Feel So Different After Reflexology?

One person leaves feeling deeply relaxed and ready for a nap, while another feels refreshed, energised, or even unexpectedly emotional. So why the different reactions?

Reflexology works with the whole person, not just the feet. By encouraging relaxation and supporting the body’s natural balancing processes, each person’s response reflects their individual physical, emotional, and mental state.

After a treatment, you may experience:
• A deep sense of calm and relaxation
• Feeling sleepy as your body prioritises rest and recovery
• Increased energy and mental clarity
• An emotional release as stress and tension begin to ease
• A greater awareness of your body and its needs

There is no “correct” way to feel after reflexology. Every response is individual, and even the same person may experience something different from one session to the next.

Reflexologists encourage clients to stay hydrated, take things gently if possible, and notice how they feel over the following 24–48 hours.

Understanding these individual responses helps us appreciate reflexology as a holistic therapy that supports each person according to their own needs.

✨ Self Care Soundbath ✨
📍 Sunday 26th July
🕕 6.00pm – 7.30pm

Take a gentle pause from the busyness of life and allow yourself to be immersed in a deeply restorative sound journey designed to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and invite the body into a place of profound relaxation.

As you settle comfortably, you'll be bathed in the rich, grounding vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, their harmonious tones washing through the body like gentle waves. A beautiful variety of chimes will shimmer through the air, bringing moments of lightness and clarity, while the soothing rhythm of the rainstick creates the comforting sound of gentle summer rain.
