It isn’t just about becoming more flexible or mastering a pose. It’s about finding moments of calm, building strength from within, learning to breathe through life’s challenges, and creating space to simply be.

Whether you’ve been practising for years or you’re just beginning your journey, every time you step onto your mat you’re giving yourself a gift.

Life is meant to be colourful 🌈✨

And we’re so proud of our newly qualified Kids Yoga Teachers, heading out into the world ready to bring more colour, joy, confidence and calm into the lives of children 🩵

A beautiful weekend filled with learning, laughter, creativity and connection.

We’re incredibly grateful to our wonderful teaching faculty for sharing their knowledge, experience and hearts with this amazing group.

Join us on July 11th & 12th for a playful, heart-led training designed to help you bring yoga, movement, breathwork, mindfulness and creativity to children in a safe and meaningful way.

This training is suitable for:

Yoga teachers
School teachers
SNA’s
Childcare providers
And anyone working with children

Little yoga experience is needed… just an open heart, curiosity, and a desire to support children through movement, calm, confidence and connection.

At Ganapati School of Yoga, we feel so grateful to share this journey with such an amazing community. Whether you have joined us for a class, a training, a retreat, a workshop, or simply shared your energy with us along the way, thank you.

Yoga has a special way of meeting us exactly where we are. It reminds us to slow down, come home to ourselves, and carry a little more presence into the world.
