Welcome to YoGrá Yoga Studio, Maynooth
As a proud Maynooth native, I created YoGrá Yoga Studio to be a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone can experience the benefits of yoga, regardless of age, ability, fitness level, or experience.
Located at G13 Maynooth Business Campus, YoGrá is different from many studios. There are no mirrors, no pressure to perform, and no expectations to be anything other than yourself.
Our highly trained and skilled teachers are qualified to the highest standards and can adapt each practice to suit individual needs, ensuring that everyone feels supported and comfortable.
My mission is simple: to provide a space where members of our community can take an hour for themselves, connect with their breath, give their minds a break from the busyness of everyday life, tune into their bodies, and appreciate the beauty of being alive.
We offer a wide range of classes, including:
