To everyone who supported paramedics throughout this process, thank you. Your messages, encouragement, and understanding meant more than you know.
Our members voted to accept the Labour courts pay proposal. While we're pleased to move forward, this situation should never have reached this point. We hope the lessons learned will help ensure healthcare staff are treated with the respect and fairness they deserve in the future.
