I'm so excited to be part of the Women’s Wellness Day with the

A beautiful day centered around community, connection, rest and taking time to nourish ourselves, all while supporting such an important cause, with proceeds going to the Cavan Monaghan Palliative Care Fund.

I’ll be closing out the festival with a Closing Breathwork Ceremony, where I’ll guide you through calming, gentle breathwork techniques designed to regulate your nervous system, helping you leave feeling grounded, rested and lighter.

I am also offering 1:1 Energy Healing Sessions throughout the day.

Tickets are just €27, keeping this a really accessible day of wellness and community.

I am offering a gentle online Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey next week.

We’ll take a moment to pause, to be still and to gently disconnect from the busy mind within and the noise of the world outside.

If you’ve never tried breathwork before, this is an invitation to explore it from the comfort of your own home.

In this practice, we use a continuous, rhythmic breath. As the breath deepens and finds its own steady flow, the mind naturally begins to quiet. And as the mind softens, your awareness gently drops down into the body.

It’s within the body that we hold our emotions, especially the ones that haven’t had the space to be fully felt. Through this connected breathing, you’re supported to stay within the body, allowing anything stored, repressed or unfelt to begin to gently move and release.

This is a body-led experience. There’s no need to talk or analyse, just to breathe, to feel and to trust what arises.

You don’t need any experience just a willingness to be present with your breath and your body.

I look forward to welcoming you into this space, to breathe together.
