✨ Two Friends. Two Babies. One Incredible Journey. ✨

This is a story of two friends, two babies, and a friendship that started when our little ones were just 8 weeks old at sing and sign!

Back then we were two tired mums, figuring it all out, bonding over bottles, naps, and the chaos of newborn life.

And if you know this wonderful lady… you’ll know her journey has been a bloody tough one and I admire her from a far and think she is a bloody warrior. She’s been through it, she’s pushed through it, and last year she did something huge, she finally put herself first.

Not for anyone else.
Not for a number on a scale.
But for her.

And today… this is her reward.
A healthier life. A stronger body. A clearer mind. A confidence she absolutely deserves.
And I’m so proud I got to be even a tiny part of that.

From two tiny babies… to two women cheering each other on every step of the way.
What a journey it’s been. Incredible proud of you Victoria Mac 😘😘😘😘

When they say 4 weeks and you’ll feel it, they don’t just mean in your jeans or on the scales.
They mean in your habits, your head, your momentum.

And I DID feel it this morning…
Because today I was 4 minutes earlier to the gym.
Not by accident, by consistency.
By showing up even on the days I could’ve rolled over.
By choosing me, again and again.

Tiny wins add up.
Small shifts become big changes.
And four minutes early today becomes four weeks of feeling unstoppable.

If you need to hear this today, keep going, future you is already proud.

I know its late but I had to share....2024 was a turning point in my SW journey i was gaining more the loosing I was ready to quit! But @⁨Jeanie Logan⁩ gave me a kick up the arse and basically said " I never took you for a quitter" so I went on holiday and had a blast with family, made memories to last a life time. When i came back i said im giving it 12 weeks the cost of a count down, within 3 weeks I had my half stone award, by the end of it i had my stone award so I bought another 12wk and so and so on and the losses kept on (even with the gains at christmas) Its been a flipping hard battle but loosing has made me feel like a winner im now 4 and half stone lighter, i need more pictures of me because for the first time in years I dont want to hide from the camera or be constantly behind it. Remember ladies and gents live your life make SW work for you xx
