Hi folks, for anyone looking for motivation and looking forward to getting back into routine in September, here's my booking app and details of my classes for September.

Starting on 7th September and running for 8wks, classes can be paid for on the app or in cash directly to me OR you can also pay as you go for each class.

There is a discount given if you buy the block, this secures your place in advance for the set of classes that you have booked for, if you prefer more flexibility with classes then it's advised that you pay as you go per class.

No rest for me, after a great turnout out this morning at the M**f Feile, classes
are on as normal tomorrow, despite the Bank Holiday at;
11am & 6.30pm in Greenbank Hall, Quigley's Point.

PAYG 10 euro, bring your own mat and blanket. Come and give it a go, your body will thank you for it 👏🤗
