Hi all, unfortunately I came to the decision today that for the safety of clients and myself, I will be closing the clinic to clients for the next few weeks.

It is important at this time that we all try and follow the HSE guidelines and make an honest effort to slow the spread of covid-19. Please take on-board the recommendations of social distancing, wash your hands, cover your mouth/nose when coughing /sneezing.

We are all in this together and although you may feel like your not in the vulnerable category, it is still your social responsibility to do the right thing for those that are.

I am still available to chat for anyone struggling with an injury and who may need guidance on how to manage. I will also be carrying out online physio consultations when i get up and running properly.

Thanks, Derek

Struggle to put your socks on in the morning? Unable to enjoy quality time with the kids? Had to quit 5-aside? Simple daily tasks seem like a chore? LOW BACK PAIN!! Most of us have suffered with it at one time or another to varying degrees.. But why do we persist without getting it looked at. Lets face it, if your car was just chugging along and not performing to its best, you would take it to the mechanic. Why not give me a call for appt, bio-mechanical assessment and treatment and lets see if we cant get you back doing the things you love!!
