I’m taking part in a container called altar with Gerry .devotion
It has been a reminder of how I want to move in this world. Gathering with women with the same vision has been encouraging and grounding.
‘The art of loving oneself into deeper aliveness through attuned touch and holding’ was in the slides from this week.
This work is so important, it’s what I teach women in embrace.
I guide through the lense of mothering ourselves, becoming curious and attentive to our inner world so we can identify our feelings and therefore our needs, values and dreams.
Becoming more alive requires slowing down, being still and listening. It may feel daunting at first as it’s not how much of us have been raised.
Slowing down has given me the ability to be with all of life, to meet it wholeheartedly, to meet my experience from the space of loving presence and care which is truly life changing.
Loving ourselves into vitality is a journey worth taking in my opinion.
Learning to recognise your body signals, notice the subtlety of the intuition requires practise.
Does living a vibrant, grounded, inspiring life sound inviting?
It is possible. It is accessible. Like anything it takes practise.
Hugs hugs hugs to you all.
