✨ The hardest part of a health journey is often the in-between.

The space between making changes and seeing results.

Between feeling exhausted and feeling better.

Between hoping something will work and knowing that it has.

Whether you're navigating autoimmune disease, chronic illness or perimenopause, this stage can feel frustrating, lonely and uncertain.

You're eating differently.

Prioritising sleep.

Setting boundaries.

Looking after yourself in ways you never did before.

And yet the results can feel painfully slow.

But progress isn't always obvious.

Sometimes it's a little more energy.
A slightly better sleep.
One less symptom.
A moment of feeling more like yourself.

If you're in the in-between right now, I'm there too - keep going.

The small things you do consistently matter far more than the occasional perfect day. 💜

What if autoimmune disease isn’t about finding one single “root cause” 🌱

…but instead understanding an entire ecosystem? 🍃

An ecosystem influenced by:
✨ stress
✨ hormones
✨ trauma
✨ nutrition
✨ sleep
✨ movement
✨ nervous system regulation
✨ genetics
✨ connection & support

So many people with chronic illness ask:
“What should I be doing?”
“How do I know what’s right?” 🤍

But maybe multiple approaches can be right.

💊 Medication
🥗 Nutrition
🛋️ Psychotherapy
😴 Rest
🏃 Movement
🫶 Trauma support
🪷 Acupuncture
👥 Community

Not because there is one perfect answer — but because healing is rarely one-dimensional.

It was never one thing that led someone towards autoimmunity, and it’s unlikely to be one thing that supports healing either.

Maybe the better question is:
✨ “What support feels most necessary for me right now?” ✨

Autoimmune disease, perimenopause and trauma may seem like completely separate issues — but in many women, they overlap more than we realise.

Symptoms like:

fatigue
anxiety
brain fog
poor sleep
digestive issues
inflammation
feeling “wired but exhausted”

Can exist across all three.

One of the missing pieces in many conversations around women’s health is the nervous system.

Chronic stress, trauma, inflammation, hormonal shifts and autoimmune activity can all affect how safe, regulated and resilient the body feels.

Then perimenopause enters the picture — a time of major hormonal fluctuation that can affect mood, sleep, stress tolerance, memory, immune function and inflammation levels.

For women already carrying chronic stress or autoimmune issues, symptoms can suddenly feel much more intense.

This doesn’t mean your symptoms are “just stress”.
And it doesn’t mean your body is broken.

It means the body is interconnected.

Supporting healing may involve:
✨ hormone support
✨ nervous system regulation
✨ blood sugar balance
✨ nutrient support
✨ sleep
✨ gut health
✨ reducing inflammatory load

Sometimes understanding the connection between these systems is the first step toward feeling less confused — and more supported.
