🌸 Difference between a Sound Therapy Massage and a Sound Bath…….is a question I get asked a lot. While both use sound vibrations and the same instruments for therapeutic benefits a Sound Therapy Massage is an individual treatment for a Client where I carry out an individual consult and involves placing singing bowls on the body.

A Sound Bath is an experience of relaxation in a group setting. Sound Baths are ideal for those seeking some time-out and deep relaxation while a Sound Therapy Massage can be more suited for an individual looking for a targeted therapeutic intervention.

Both offer unique benefits and are both great tools for relaxation. My next Sound Bath sessions take place in early September @ The Castleoaks Hotel and I have one remaining appointment for July for Sound Therapy Massage @ LiveLife Holistic Therapies on Friday July 24th @ 10.30am. PM to book 🌸
