Don’t worry though, there’s no big cats on the loose 🦁 – I’m talking weight loss 👀. My INCREDIBLE members in Kilcoole have lost 924 pounds this January... that’s the equivalent of 20 WHOLE LIONS 👏!

Tonight we kicked off the weeks festivities and crowned two amazing worthy recipients.

Denise and Rosaleen have been with me since the days of the Parkview and have won 5 members competitions between them so it’s no surprise they’re picking up this award.

Just shy of 10 stone lost between them ,they’re ever presents in the group and our members and myself are in awe of them and their grit and determination inspires us every week.

They beat off stiff competition as our other members who were in contention shared their amazing stories it was a wonderful evening.

Please join me in saying a huge well done to these two amazing people
