With skin cancer now the most common cancer in Ireland, it’s important to stay on site:
• Slip on protective clothing

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to highlight something that is just as important as physical safety on every site and in every workplace, mmental wellbeing.

At KTC Safety, we believe mental health should be taken seriously, openly discussed, and supported at every level of an organisation.

One practical habit to introduce tomorrow morning:

Before starting work, take 10 minutes to properly plan your day. Write down the 3 most important tasks you need to complete and focus on them one at a time instead of reacting to everything at once. Starting the day with structure can help reduce stress, improve focus, and prevent feelings of being overwhelmed.

In busy and high-pressure environments, small daily habits can make a real difference to concentration, wellbeing, and overall workplace safety.
