The relationship your child has with themselves is being shaped right now, inside your home, inside your relationship with them.

When you speak to them with patience, they learn that they are worth being patient with.

When you show up after a hard moment instead of pulling away, they learn that they are worthy of consistent love.

When you celebrate who they are instead of only what they achieve, they learn that their value is not tied to performance.

Children do not arrive knowing how to love themselves.

They learn it by being loved well first.

So much of what shows up in adulthood, the self-doubt, the people pleasing, the fear of taking up space, can be traced back to the early messages a child received about their worth.

Not always through big dramatic moments, but through the accumulation of small ones.

You have the opportunity to make that voice a kind one. 💖

📣📣 New class schedule 📣📣

Kristel is thrilled to be adding 2 new classes to the schedule for the summer!!

Aswell as my regular Monday evening class, I will be running a 6 week block from 10-11am Monday mornings in Portarlington Community Centre and a new Youth Meditation class on Wednesday evenings from 8-9pm 🧘‍♀️

The morning class kicks off on the 22nd of June and the Youth class on the 24th of June ✨

Each class is limited to 11 mats, so if this is for you or a teenager in your house, please DM for availability ✨

And if it’s not, a share would be hugely appreciated
