Baby Massage and Baby Yoga Classes run in Rathcoole, Co. Private classes also available on request. Baby massage is a wonderful way to learn how to massage and connect with your baby through the sense of touch bringing you immediate and long term benefits for both you and your baby. Baby Yoga is a lovely opportunity for both you and your baby to stretch out and release tension while having fun. It

is a lively and fun class that teaches babies awareness of their body movements. Gentle yoga moves for parents are incorporated into the class to help repair and alleviate the strains of dealing with a young baby. The class includes gentle yoga movements with play, rhymes and songs as well as time for relaxation with your baby. Benefits of the classes include improved sleep patterns, aid digestion issues, relieve excess wind / colic, improve bonding between you and your baby and self confidence for you as a new parent, whether or not this is your first baby. Both classes are a lovely opportunity for babies to learn to socialise and of course also for parents to meet other parents with children of a similar age.
