4 weeks of a 7 week sabbatical here in Spain !

Taking a much needed rest and loving every minute of it !

I am doing a bit of work too, online and, of course, I am doing my mosaics. Resorting to using what nature is giving me, for my craft.

🌕 The Strawberry Moon

Celebrating the juicy fruits of Summer 🍓 from beautiful Spain !

But do you find your energy levels affected by the energies of the moon ? The correlation between your menstrual cycle and the phases of the moon ? Notice how the tides are affected by the moon ?

The moon affects the tides within your body. As a post menopausal woman, I use these phases and the energies they bring to help me stay aligned and balanced. Usually around a full moon, I feel full of energy, making sleep sometimes impossible.

This Strawberry full moon there was more. I found the energy dense and heavy. It brought up to the surface, a very old pattern of mine, which caused some distress. Through my KMRT (Kundalini Magnetic Resonance Therapy) meditation, I was able to recognise this pattern and through the breathwork, I was able to let it go. I brought to mind the person I 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 to be going forward, and that is the person I will be.
