On Wednesday August 19th I will be hanging up my Reflexology hat.
I want to thank all you lovely people who trusted and came along for Reflexology through the 26 years I have been a Reflexologist. It's been an amazing journey, not only have I enjoyed being a Reflexologist but I have met and made some beautiful friendships along the way for which I am blessed.

Reflexology is an amazing Therapy and if your considering it as part of your health plan I would 100% recommend it.

Be Kind to yourself ❤️

When life is flowing smoothly

And all is going well

How upbeat we can feel

By our body language its so easy to tell

When problems come to visit us

When things get out of hand

Our energies can play a different part

Sometimes our body does not understand

Because we are only human

And can react to situations that fall on our lap

We can sometimes feel vunerable and emotions turn on like a tap

This is when we may need to put our mind to use

To sit and work it out

To find the logic if we can

Try not to scream and shout

For no matter how hard situations may become

There is always another way

To address this problem

And dont let anger come into play

For when things go wrong

Just take a different approach

As clearly the first one wasnt working

And going forward...just take note

That nothing is impossible

You will find a way around

It may feel like your starting from scratch

Just keep your feet firmly on the ground

And when you have worked this out

Just be very proud

As we all face difficult situations in life

And mistakes are allowed

Just show yourself some kindness

And be gentle with your mind

And remember as we move on with life

We learn to leave our mistakes behind

Our mind once more becomes clear

And upbeat we will feel

As life can sometimes bring twists and turns

And the seceret is in how we deal

And by taking a different approach will result in how we feel.

Spring brings so much positive energy to us and its always a good time to plan for the Summer months ahead.
Also a good time to shake off all those Winter blues.
