Some highlights from the new arrivals 😄

* 🍎 **Apple, blackberry & cinnamon crumble** – a classic fruit crumble combination.
* 🍓 **Rhubarb, strawberry & apple crumble** – a nice seasonal twist with a sharper fruit flavour.
* 🍝 **Chicken Alfredo** – creamy pasta with chicken; tagliatelle in a cheese sauce with chicken, tomatoes and green beans.
* 🌶️ **Chicken Arrabbiata** – a spicy tomato-based pasta dish with chicken, roasted peppers and giant fusilli.

A huge congratulations to my lovely colleague Sheila McLoughlin and her amazing Slimming World member Karen from the Claremorris Slimming World Group ( Slimming World Claremorris With Sheila) on reaching her Target Weight and achieving an incredible 4½ stone weight loss! 🎉👏

Karen joined Slimming World in February 2025 determined to do something for herself — and what an inspiring journey it has been! She now has more energy, a healthier lifestyle, greater confidence and even a whole new wardrobe 💕

Stories like Karen’s are exactly why we do what we do. With the support of a caring Consultant, a friendly group and the generous Slimming World eating plan, amazing things really can happen ✨
