Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family in her 110th year.

Eileen was Ireland's oldest resident and lived a long and remarkable life guided by her deep faith, strong work ethic and devotion to her family.

Pre-deceased by her husband William, daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, one great-grandchild and all her siblings.

Sadly missed by her ten children P.J, Billy, Mary Hogan, Flan, Donal, Sean, Michael, Teresa Carroll.,Ger and Bernie Lalor, her daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, especially her close friend Fr. Michael Enright ,good neighbours and wide circle of friends.

May She Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Tierney's Funeral Home, Roscrea on Saturday evening from 4pm with removal at 8pm arriving in St.Ita's Church, Coolderry(R42 YW70) at 9pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday afternoon at 1.30pm followed by burial in Dungar cemetery.

Family flowers only please.

Please note there will be no public parking available at the Funeral Home during reposing time.

Louis passed away peacefully following an illness bravely borne, at home with loving family by his side.

Pre-deceased by his parents George and Catriona.

A devoted father and grandfather, Louis will be sadly missed by his daughters Anne and Nichola, son Ossian, daughter-in-law Abi, sons-in-law Damien and Dessie, grandchildren Leah, Hannah, Lillie-Mae and Elsie, brothers, sisters, extended family and friends.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Louis Palliative Care Team.



Reposing in at his residence (R42 EY02), Coolderry on Sunday from 2pm to 4pm. House Strictly Private after these times please.

Danny passed away suddenly at home surrounded by his loving family.

Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Nora, his parents Joseph and May Carroll, his brother Joe and all those gone before him.

He will forever be loved and sadly missed by his loving children Maibh, Fiona and Donal, sons-in-law Paul and Russell, his cherished grandchildren Dylan, James Daniel, Nora Molly, Lilly, Chloe and Charlie, his brothers and sisters John, Kathleen, Margaret, Maura, Martin and Oliver, his extended family, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Peacefully and surrounded by his loving family on the 04th May 2026 in the care of Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore.

Pre-deceased by his parents James and Susan, his sister Rosemary (Ryan) and his infant siblings Thomas and Susan.

Deeply regretted as the cherished husband and best friend of Doris for 60 years, devoted father to Susanne and treasured grandfather to Jacob and Hannah. He will be sadly missed by his nephew David, his son-in-law James, his relatives and friends.
