Live Yoga Session this week 10am Sunday morning (Irish time ) via zoom.

I have also recorded some yoga sessions which can be purchased for you to do in your own time. These are priced at €15, which gives you access to the files to complete as many times as you like. Once again, please message me if you are interested in these or have any other questions.

I hope you are all keeping well in these challenging times and are finding some hope and light in these brighter and warmer days 🌞

I am offering weekly online yoga sessions again via zoom- they are not on a regular set day but I will post at beginning of each week with the day and time for that week. ☯️

Hello everyone!

Writing this post to thank everyone for their huge support in the beginning of this journey and throughout this difficult year! And to wish everyone a happy new year and well wishes and blessings for 2021🌟

I am off on a new venture to Australia in January so Earth and Fire will not be reopening physically! But I have plans for 2021 for creation of an online space. I will keep you posted 🌞

I thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who attended classes and supported a small local business 🌞 without you wonderful people it would not have been possible 💖

Hello All!

From next week (beginning 8th September), I will have morning slots available for private yoga lessons from the comfort of your home.

Pricing for privates is at €40 which can have up to 4 students. If travel is outside Moneystown/Roundwood/Ashford areas, €5 will be added for fuel.

Private fitness classes also available on request and can be tailored to suit your needs.
Fitness classes are at €30 as they are shorter classes and can also have up to 4 students.

I am also taking bookings for private yoga nidra and meditation classes. Please get in touch if you are interested in these.

Please be assured, I am following precautions; hand sanitizing, use of mask, use of own equipment and no physical contact throughout session.

Hello all🌞

Unfortunately, the GAA have been advised not to reopen gyms on 20th July as previously hoped.
Due to this, classes are still unable to go ahead for the time being.

I am still taking bookings for at home private classes for Yoga! 🌞 the cost is €40 for up to 4 students. These can be either once off or recurring classes depending on your preference.

Please send me a private message or text for enquiries and to make bookings. ⭐️

Hopefully classes can resume in the not too distant future 🙏🏼
