Catherine has over 18 years experience in healthcare, having trained in her native Australia as a nurse, then in Dublin as an acupuncturist and naturopath. Start the New Year gently and come join myself and Safe Haven Healing for a beautiful two hours of loving self-care from 10-12 on Sunday 7th January.
The session will begin with an hour of mindful yoga (suitable for all levels/beginners welcome) , followed by an hour of deeply relaxing sound meditation
