Meet Gerry 👋 who attends our ExWell programme in Salthill 📍

“I’ve been attending ExWell for just over a year now, and I’ve noticed a massive improvement in my health. Three years ago, I had to get my heart checked due to palpitations, and I was told that I would likely need a pacemaker down the road.

Recently, I was called back for another appointment, and to my surprise (and the doctors), they told me that I no longer need a pacemaker. They asked me what I’ve been doing differently, and I said, ‘I’m sure you’ve heard of ExWell’ “

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Carmel back to ExWell 🙌

At the beginning of this year, Carmel unfortunately suffered a fall which resulted in a fractured femur. Seven months post-surgery, and after lots of hard work and dedication, Carmel made her return to ExWell

Meet Helena 👋 who attends our ExWell Programme in Athlone.

“I joined ExWell a year ago following my cancer treatment. I was struggling with severe pain and poor mobility - I was barely able to walk at the time. I’m one year into the programme and not only has my pain reduced but my mobility is now excellent. I love every minute of the classes !!”
