Hi everyone,
I’m delighted to announce that I will be running small group Personal Training classes out of Easkey GAA Club gym F26TF66. I have a big interest in health and fitness and I would love to share my knowledge with the people of Easkey. Strength training is so important for health and longevity and it would be amazing to see the people of Easkey and surrounding areas get healthier, happier and live longer😊. So come along and join the fun!
I will be running the small group Personal Training classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday mornings and a sweat/circuit class on Saturday mornings. The memberships for small group Personal Training starts from €30 per week, this includes 3 classes!

We will be having an Open Day for the gym this Sunday, December the 14th @11:00 for everyone to come along and see the new gym, there will be coffee and baked goods for everyone too😊 There will be a free trial week next week for everyone to try it out on Tuesday and Thursday morning the 16th and 18th of December.

I’m looking forward to seeing you all and getting started!
