Have you been thinking about taking some time for yourself, finding a little more balance, or learning simple techniques to help calm a busy mind?

Why not join us for a FREE Mindfulness Meditation Taster Evening and experience the benefits for yourself in a warm, relaxed, and supportive environment.

✅ Both men and women welcome
✅ No experience necessary
✅ Bring Yoga Matt / recliner sun lounger , blanket and Pillow .


This taster evening is an opportunity to experience guided mindfulness meditation and discover how it can help bring greater peace, clarity, and relaxation into your daily life.

Should there be sufficient interest, I would be delighted to continue these mindfulness meditations Tuesday evenings on a regular basis at €10 per person per session.

I have recently been approached about the possibility of facilitating a Mindfulness Meditation group within a local community setting.

Before moving forward, I would love to gauge interest and see if this is something that would appeal to members of the community. These sessions would provide a welcoming space to relax, unwind, and reconnect with yourself through guided mindfulness and meditation practices.
