What a fantastic July we've had in our group. 226.5lbs gone forever and a seriously phenomenal amount of awards 🏅

I am so so proud of every single member. You show up for yourselves every week and make yourselves a priority and that's what counts. The numbers are a bonus 😄

Sometimes a weekend of quality family and friends time is the best reset ❤️ I've spent the weekend camping (for the first time in my entire life) with my family and the most gorgeous friends who just fill my cup 😊

We spend so much of our time looking after everyone else and running around that we eventually empty our cups and have nothing to give and let our health and goals fall by the wayside.

So after a weekend recharge and reset I am ready to prioritise my goals again 😊 Take the time for you and spend time with the people who fill your cup 😍
