90-95% of our actions are driven by the subconscious.

The beliefs, behaviors, and values embedded deep within dictate much of our daily lives.

While it's straightforward to understand personal growth concepts intellectually, truly integrating these ideas into daily actions requires them to resonate on a subconscious level.

If our subconscious mind holds such sway, how can we influence it to work in our favor? That's where hypnotherapy comes in. Hypnotherapy helps with reducing anxiety, breaking bad habits, overcoming fears, and enhancing overall well-being by effectively harnessing the dynamic interplay between the conscious and subconscious mind for deeper psychological integration and personal growth.

Learn more about how you can induce hypnotic transformations in yourself and others on this upcoming FREE webinar with the UK's number one hypnotherapist Paul McKenna

๐ŸŒซ๏ธ Phlegm in TCM: More Than Just Mucus!

Phlegm is not just what you cough up when you're sickโ€”itโ€™s a deeper, more complex concept that can affect both body and mind.

๐Ÿง  Two Types of Phlegm in TCM

Visible Phlegm โ€“ Affects the body
๐Ÿคง Coughing up phlegm
๐Ÿฉ Excess body fat
๐Ÿงฌ Cysts, nodules, lipomas

Invisible Phlegm โ€“ Affects the mind
๐Ÿ˜” Depression
๐Ÿ˜ตโ€ Foggy head & poor focus
๐ŸŒช๏ธ Dizziness

๐Ÿ’ง How Phlegm Forms:
Phlegm can be created by external pathogens, emotions, poor lifestyle, or constitutional weakness. It often stems from dysfunction in the Spleen, Lungs, Kidneys, and San Jiao, leading to disrupted water metabolism. Once formed, Phlegm can travel anywhere in the body and block Qi.

โš ๏ธ Common Symptoms of Phlegm Accumulation:
๐Ÿ’จ Coughing, wheezing, asthma
โš–๏ธ Obesity, atherosclerosis
๐Ÿšฝ Constipation with sticky stools
๐Ÿซ Chest oppression
๐Ÿงฌ Tumors, rheumatoid arthritis with joint deformities
๐Ÿคฏ Mental cloudiness, emotional heaviness

๐ŸŒ€ Phlegm obstructs Qi flow and disturbs the Shen (mind). It's a key factor in both physical and mental health imbalances.
