A little gift for my anxious sisters & brothers out there.
WE HAVE CAPACITY
We are much more able than we often believe
and with practice we can realise that truth❣️
It’s important not to judge ourselves as disregulated, too sensitive or over reactive…..
most of us are not medical professionals or neuroscientists,
so let’s not pathologise, self-diagnose….or indeed feel the need to diagnose others.
Instead, we show up for ourselves daily,
a gentle & consistent Practice
will lead us to learning how capable we are.
TO BE CLEAR: if you are in need of medical attention and you have a diagnosed illness, then Yoga is not the cure.
The Practice of Yoga/Meditation is designed as a companion for life,
when engaged in regularly, it helps to broaden our minds and maintain health.
If there is a chronic or acute sickness of any kind,
THEN SEEKING MEDICAL AID IS WHAT IS REQUIRED
Mainstream Medicine is in the forefront when we are ill.
Yoga is in the background of our everyday.
