I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2019 (at the age of 31) so I get it … I get the absolute laboured efforts and struggles you may have felt in life! At first I was in denial for a few years but then I realized this diagnosis was a game changer. I now fully understand how my brain works, what it needs and why I’ve struggled for so long over the years.
Fast forward a couple of years and add systematic Kinesiology into the mix and you have the perfect blend of ADHD superpowers and tools/techniques to drop the masking - a term used to describe how neurodivergent people change themselves to try fit in

* coming to see me for 1hour for three consecutive weeks completed in April 2026
* €120 for the three sessions. This is a discounted rate as it is a research project for my advanced systematic Kinesiology Diploma.
