What a week in group! ๐
Across my three groups this week, members achieved an incredible 162 lbs weight loss between them. That's over 11ยฝ stone gone in one week! ๐คฏ๐
What made it even more special was that it didn't matter whether people attended in the morning or the evening, success was happening right across the board.
Last week, we took a deep dive into the topic of emotional eating. Together, we built our own emotional eating toolboxes, exploring practical strategies to help us navigate challenging moments without turning to food. The feedback this week was amazing, with so many members sharing how they used those tools to stay in control and make choices they felt proud of.
This week, our focus shifted to the next eight weeks. We imagined ourselves arriving at the next bank holiday weekend having stayed consistent, built new habits and taken small steps forward day by day.
The conversation wasn't about perfection. It wasn't about restriction. It was about possibility.

The answers in group were powerful.
More confidence.
More energy.
Better mobility.
Looser clothes.
Improved health.
Greater self-belief.
Most importantly, members left feeling empowered. Not restricted. Not deprived. Empowered.
Because lasting weight loss isn't about being perfect. It's about taking ownership of your choices, learning from setbacks and making the next choice a positive one.
I'm incredibly proud of every single member this week. Thank you for showing up, supporting one another and proving once again that small actions, repeated consistently, can lead to extraordinary results. ๐
