🌸 World Menopause Day
Menopause is something we need to talk about more openly. There is still so much that women don't know about perimenopause and menopause until they start experiencing it themselves.
From changes in sleep, mood and energy levels to anxiety, brain fog, hot flushes and changes in our bodies, it can affect so many aspects of our lives. And sometimes, we don't even realise that what we're experiencing could be hormone related.
It's so important to understand what's happening in our bodies, to know that we're not alone in what we're experiencing and to feel comfortable asking for help when we need it.
It’s important that we make time for ourselves, pay attention to how we’re feeling and give our health the attention it deserves, especially during times of change. 💗
Today is a good reminder to keep the conversation going, educate ourselves and support each other through every stage of life. 💗🌿
