My boutique yoga studio, located in a heart of Tralee offers limited amount of mats per class and highly professional and personal approach to your needs.

Mindfull movement to wake your body, joint by joint. Your mind will feel inspired and energised for the day ahead.

My morning yoga classes are equally for those who have some existing practice and those who are at the beginning of the yoga journey.
Personal approach guarantees that you will never feel lost or left out.

All mats, props are provided. ALL YOU NEED IS YOU!

As we approach the Summer Solstice ☀️, nature is reaching it's peak of light and abundance. How are you tending to your own inner light?
Join me for a brand new 5-weeks journey at Kielduff Community Centre- ILLUMINATING THE INNER SUN.

Thursday 21st May at 7.30 PM, we will use movement, breath, and yoga philosophy to build vitality, strenght, and deep rest just in time for the longest day in the year.

Week 1- IGNITING THE SPARK- setting personal intention for the Summer Solstice
Week 2- CULTIVATING VITALITY- empowering movement and breathing
Week 3- FINDING YOUR POWER CENTER- activating Solar Plexus Chakra
Week 4- EXPANSION AND RADIANCE- manifesting intentions and heart oppening practice
Week 5- THE SOLSTICE CELEBRATION - ritauals, yoga and deep yoga Nidra.

​If Sunny- Consider this "after-sun" for your soul. Stretch out muscles used for gardening, swimming, or hiking so you stay limber for the long evening ahead.

​If Rainy- Shake off the dampness. We’ll build a "fiery" internal warmth to lift your mood and defrost the body.

​The Flow- A mindful, heat-building sequence followed by deep, restorative poses to ground your nervous system.

​Level- All welcome.
Bring: Mat, water, and a cozy layer for Savasana.

Hands on assist are always available to you. I help you by adjusting you gently, so you learn how the pose might feel better in your body.
But it is always your choice!
If you do not want to be touched, simply turn the card and I will warmly welcome your choice☺️
I have days when I do not wish to be touched too!

Cards will be waiting for you in the class to be turned.
