This week is Men's Health Week - and the statistics are worth sitting with.
"It'll be grand" they say - until it isn't.
‼️ Irish men live an average of four years less than women. They're less likely to visit a GP, less likely to address symptoms early, and less likely to ask for help until something goes seriously wrong.
That pattern starts with something simple - not paying attention to what the body needs day to day.
Energy, muscle health, immunity - these things don't maintain themselves. And the earlier you pay attention, the less dramatic the intervention needs to be.
This week, and every week, we're here for everyone in Ireland who's ready to take their health seriously. That includes the men.
