Castlerea Colour Run

–Your grandma wore very short mini skirts, thin panties, high boots, and no bra...
–She listened to Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Janis Joplin, and Rolling Stones.
–She rode on motorcycles and fast cars.
–She smoked to***co and other things...
–She drank gin-tonics, whiskey, and whatever...
–She came home at 4 am and left for work in the morning...
Know that you will never be as cool as your grandma.
Excuse me but someone had to say it!

Well as promised here are the first batch of photographs from Sunday 18th August 2019. I have let them run into the last two years of photographs so everyone can see the fun we have had over the last three years while raising funds for Jigsaw. I will be posting many more later today. In the meantime enjoy these and feel free to tag yourself or your friends.

Hi all, Jane here, well that's if for another year. The rain gods were very kind to us for the run but made up for it when we were setting up that morning - nothing like a good soaking at 5AM, again at 8AM and just to finish, at 9AM. Talking of kind, let me say a big thank you to all you very kind helpers who gave up their time to make the day a success. Of course the event would be nothing without all you runners/walkers so a big thank you to all of you who took part - all 171 of you. Hope to see you all next year. As soon as I get the photographs I will put them up so once again thank you helpers and competitors. That's it for now.
