🌑☀️ The Great Solar Eclipse — 12 August 2026 ☀️🌑

🙂 Today is the 1st of August, and in just eleven days we will witness one of the most powerful celestial events seen across Europe in nearly thirty years.

💫 On Wednesday, 12 August, the Moon will move between the Earth and the Sun. Here in Ireland, more than 90% of the Sun will be covered, creating a beautiful moment of shadow, stillness and reflection.

🤔 And perhaps we could all do with a pause.

🫣 Since Covid, it may sometimes feel as though time has been moving faster—as though the entire planet has slipped slightly out of sequence.

💔 Covid seemed to steal not only precious loved ones, but also our sense of time. Days, months and even years appeared to blur together.

😇Symbolically, the feminine energy of the Moon will move before the masculine energy of the Sun, creating a rare moment of balance between darkness and light, stillness and action, intuition and strength.

😌 As the Earth, Moon and Sun move into alignment, allow yourself to do the same.

Pause.

Breathe.

Slow down.

Allow your body, mind and soul to gently return to their natural rhythm.

💯 Release what has become too heavy.
😊 Rest from what has demanded too much.
💖 Reconnect with the person you were before life became so hurried.
