Collagen pancakes, but make them functional. 🫐
A simple high-protein breakfast with added support for skin, joints + connective tissue from Advanced Collagen.

Easy to make, easy to stack into your routine.
Save for your next slow morning. ✨

Recipe:
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup Greek yoghurt
• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 2 tbsp Advanced Collagen
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tbsp honey
• Handful blueberries
• Butter/oil for cooking

Method:
1. Add eggs, yoghurt, honey + salt to a bowl.
2. Whisk until smooth.
3. Stir in flour + Advanced Collagen.
4. Fold through blueberries.
5. Heat butter/oil in a pan.
6. Spoon batter into the pan.
7. Cook 2–3 mins each side.
8. Serve warm.
