Mindful Movement and Wellness with Chloë

Mindful Movement and Wellness with Chloë Chloe is a Dance teacher and fully qualified Reiki practitioner based in Waterford city. She also holds a BA (Hons) degree in Adult and Further Education.

Her passion for dance is unique and has a particular interest in wellness, which she incorporates into her classes. She has been dancing for over 25 years, and has taught groups such as active retirement groups, adults and children with special needs, and is currently working with the Kilkenny/Waterford branch of the Parkinson's Association. Chloe's services include Mindful Movement dance classes, Dancercise classes, First Dance Wedding choreography, Freelance choreographer, and Reiki sessions.
