THE FOUR DIMENSIONS OF MENOPAUSE -There is so much more to this transition than you may have thought!
If you are in Early PERI or POST menopause and would like some more education and meet like minded women do come along
YOU will be most welcome.
MENOPAUSE EDUCATION is a completely NEW concept.
We are the first generation of women to have public access to information, sharing this information with others can change lives.

We have made big strides in removing some of the shame and stigma surrounding this life stage however, we have to continue..
