REAL FACIAL REJUVENATION ✨

For centuries, ancient healing traditions understood that the face reflects the health of the whole body. Modern science is now helping explain why.

Stress doesn’t just affect how we feel - it changes how we hold our face.

When the nervous system remains in a prolonged state of stress, we unconsciously tighten the jaw, forehead, temples and neck. Over time, these repeated patterns create fascial restriction, reduce circulation and lymphatic flow, and contribute to puffiness, tension and a tired appearance.

Myo-Facial™ is not a salon facial.

It is therapeutic facial bodywork.

Using myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and targeted fascial techniques, we release tension through the face, jaw, neck and shoulders while supporting the nervous system to regulate.

As movement is restored within the fascia, the face often appears softer, brighter and naturally more lifted, not because we’ve changed your face, but because we’ve helped it move and function as it was designed to.

The most youthful face isn’t the one that’s frozen.

It’s the one that’s free.

ENERGY ALIGNMENT 🤲🏽

For thousands of years, cultures across the world have recognised the healing power of intentional touch.

Long before modern medicine, hands-on energy healing was practised in traditions such as Reiki in Japan, Qi Gong in China and therapeutic touch across many ancient cultures. While each tradition has its own philosophy, they all share one belief: when the body feels safe, healing can begin.

Today, science is beginning to explore why.

Research suggests that gentle therapeutic touch may help activate the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s “rest and restore” state. Studies have also observed reductions in perceived stress, improvements in relaxation and positive effects on heart rate variability, a marker of nervous system regulation.

At LÁMH, Energy Alignment Therapy is a deeply restorative treatment designed to quiet the mind, calm the body and create a profound sense of inner balance.

Many clients describe feeling lighter, deeply relaxed and mentally clearer after treatment, as though their entire system has finally taken a breath.

Whether you view it through the lens of ancient wisdom or modern neuroscience, the intention remains the same:

To create the conditions in which the body can restore, regulate and heal.

DIAPHRAGM RELEASE

Your diaphragm does so much more than help you breathe.

It’s the body’s primary breathing muscle, but it’s also deeply connected to your fascia, ribs, spine, psoas, pelvic floor and even your jaw. When the diaphragm becomes restricted, the effects can be felt throughout the entire body.

You might notice:
• Neck and shoulder tension
• Jaw clenching or TMJ symptoms
• Low back pain
• Rib tightness
• Shallow breathing
• Anxiety or feeling “stuck”
• Pelvic floor dysfunction
• Reduced core stability

During Myofascial Release, we don’t force the body - we listen to it. By releasing fascial restrictions around the diaphragm, ribs, abdomen and thoracic spine, we help restore natural movement to one of the body’s most important structures.

From a scientific perspective, improving diaphragm mobility can enhance breathing mechanics, reduce unnecessary muscle tension, improve spinal stability and support nervous system regulation through slower, deeper breathing.

From a holistic perspective, the diaphragm sits at the centre of the body - physically and emotionally. It’s often one of the first places to tighten during prolonged stress, causing us to hold our breath without even realising it. As the tissue softens, many people notice not only easier breathing, but also a profound sense of calm and emotional release.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your body… is simply create space to breathe again.

Breathe deeper. Move freer. Feel lighter.

INTEGRATIVE CUPPING THERAPY

Recovery is where performance is built.

Training creates microscopic stress within muscles, fascia and connective tissue. Recovery is where the body repairs, adapts and becomes stronger.

At LÁMH Therapies, Integrative Cupping Therapy combined with Muscle Scraping is designed to support this process by restoring movement through the fascial system, the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, tendon and joint.

Research suggests these techniques may help:

• improve local circulation
• increase tissue mobility
• reduce fascial restriction
• support lymphatic drainage
• improve range of motion
• reduce post-exercise stiffness

Intense training can also lead to local inflammation within the muscles and surrounding fascia. While inflammation is a normal part of tissue repair, prolonged or excessive inflammation can contribute to pain, stiffness and restricted movement.

Muscle Scraping and Integrative Cupping help encourage circulation, lymphatic flow and fascial mobility, supporting the body’s natural healing response and promoting more efficient recovery.

When fascia moves well, muscles move well.

Whether you’re training for competition, recovering after an event or simply looking to optimise your performance, recovery should be treated as part of your training, not an afterthought.

Move better. Recover smarter. Perform stronger.

INTEGRATIVE CUPPING THERAPY 📈

Cupping is one of the oldest healing therapies in the world.

For thousands of years, it has been practised across Ancient Egypt, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Greece and the Middle East to support circulation, relieve pain and restore balance within the body.

Today, science gives us a deeper understanding of why it has endured.

Unlike massage, which compresses tissue, cupping creates gentle negative pressure, lifting the skin and superficial fascia away from the underlying structures. This decompression helps improve fascial glide, encourages local blood flow and supports lymphatic drainage.

Fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, nerve, blood vessel and organ. When it becomes restricted through injury, repetitive movement, inflammation or chronic stress, movement becomes limited and tension patterns develop throughout the body.

By gently lifting these tissues, cupping helps reduce fascial restriction, improve tissue mobility and create space for the body to move more freely.

At LÁMH, Integrative Cupping is always combined with Myofascial Release.

One treatment decompresses.

The other restores.

Together, they help free the fascial system, regulate the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to heal.

Ancient wisdom.

Modern science.

One incredible therapy. ✨

CLIENT REVIEW ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The difference with LÁMH isn’t just the technique.

It’s the philosophy.

Pain is rarely just about a muscle.

It’s the result of years of compensation, stress, nervous system overload, injury, posture, emotion and fascial restriction all connected.

This is why every Myofascial Release treatment goes beyond simply treating where it hurts.

We work with the whole body.

We restore movement through the fascia, calm the nervous system and allow the body to guide the treatment. Often, the area causing the pain isn’t the area that needs the most attention.

When the body feels safe, it begins to unwind the patterns it has been holding onto.

This is why clients often leave feeling lighter, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Because true healing doesn’t happen when we force the body.

It happens when we finally start listening to it.

If you’re ready to experience bodywork that treats you as a whole person - welcome to LÁMH Therapies.

✨ Your healing starts here.

LOWER BODY MYOFASCIAL RELEASE 🌀

Why do so many people become emotional when we work around the hips, pelvis and psoas?

The psoas is often called the body’s “survival muscle.” It helps us curl into a protective position, stabilises the spine and is highly active during a fight-or-flight response.

When we experience prolonged stress or trauma, the nervous system increases muscle tone throughout the body, particularly in the hips, pelvis and abdomen. These protective patterns can persist long after the original event has passed, contributing to pain, stiffness and a feeling of always being “on.”

As Dr. Bessel van der Kolk writes in The Body Keeps the Score, our experiences are not only remembered by the mind they are reflected in the body and the nervous system.

During Myofascial Release, we work to reduce fascial restriction and support the nervous system into a more regulated state. As the body begins to feel safe, it is not uncommon for emotions to surface.

This isn’t because emotions are physically stored in the fascia. Rather, as long-held patterns of tension are released and the nervous system shifts out of protection, people may naturally experience an emotional response alongside the physical release.

The body has an incredible capacity to heal.

Sometimes it simply needs the right environment, safety and support to let go. ✨

TMJ RELEASE THERAPY™ 👤

Jaw pain, clenching, grinding, headaches, facial tension and neck tightness are often signs that the body has been holding stress for far too long.

The jaw is one of the most common places we store tension. Over time, this can create restriction within the fascia surrounding the face, jaw, neck and shoulders, contributing to TMJ dysfunction and chronic discomfort.

TMJ Release Therapy™ combines myofascial release, facial fascia techniques, lymphatic drainage and targeted jaw work to help reduce restriction, restore movement and relieve tension throughout the entire system.

This is not a salon facial.

This is therapeutic bodywork designed to address the fascia, muscles and connective tissues that influence jaw function and overall wellbeing.

For those experiencing TMJ symptoms, chronic jaw tension, clenching, grinding or tension headaches, this treatment offers a natural, hands-on approach to relief and restoration ✨
