Hello 🌞 weekend!
This photo popped into my memories today and took me back to the year when I went back to college while working full-time. Looking back, it was one of my best decisions, even though studying anatomy and physiology in a different language wasn't always easy. My life as a therapist didn't turn out exactly as I had imagined. My age, responsibilities and mortgage meant that I also needed the stability of other work. But if i look back, it can see what I achieved more than what I missed out on. I am really proud that I followed my passion , qualified as a therapist and proved to myself that it is never too late to learn something new. And thanks so much for everyone who supported me along the way. ❤️

Good morning all,
This post from my incredible courses provider and the people who transformed the way I practice reflexology really resonated with me, because that was me.
Trying to cram as much as possible into a session, working over systems and reflexes that didn't necessarily need work and thinking this would be the best possible outcome.
But our bodies don't work like this. With precision approach, it is possible to NOT overload the body and confusing it into wondering, what exactly is being targeted here.🤔
Focusing on what your body needs and learning to know how to best get there is something I'm very grateful for.

Tonight was a wonderful reminder that healing doesn't always need words.
My client and I didn't speak the same language.
Different languages, different cultures and different life story...but the body creates its own language through touch, trust and energy.
And that can mean more than words. Reflexology is so wonderfully universal 💕.

Good morning,
Sun's out 🌞🌞, the sky is blue, the birds are chirping!
Could this Monday get any better?
Apparently it can, because today is
INTERNATIONAL SING OUT DAY 🎶.
We are all encouraged to sing our heart out- weather we are karaoke champions or shower artists. So, sing loud, sing proud, sing badly, sing like nobody's recording you on their phone. 😃😃

Hi all,
On this day 26 years ago, I arrived in Ireland with a lot of uncertainty.
I never imagined that this country would become home. But somewhere along the way, through the kindness of people, the incredible beautiful landscape and lots of luck, a sense of belonging I hadn't expected came and Ireland helped me to arrive fully, geographically and emotionally. And although it's still not a good idea to feed me, I am so full of gratitude where I am now. Much love ❤️ Gisela
